UTA Sample Trade Terms
The Used Truck Association (UTA) has a comprehensive set of guidelines for "industry standard" trade terms and conditions. These guidelines, updated in November 2017, are used to establish the condition of a used truck, as agreed to by both the seller and the buyer.
