FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Q: Can I register on-site for golf? A: No. We anticipate golf selling out early (limited to 144 players) and on-site registration will be available for the Reception ONLY. Q: What if I want to register more than one extra attendee in addition to myself? A: If you need to register more than 2 on one invoice, please email events@uta.org with your request. Q: What if I prefer to pay for attendees and/or sponsorship with one invoice? A: That's perfectly fine. Please email your request to events@uta.org. Q: Is there a discount hotel rate? A: Yes, see the booking details on this page. Q: Can I rent clubs at the course? A: Limited rentals are available. The registration fee covers Greens and Cart Fees unlimited use of driving range, score cards and rule sheets, breakfast and lunch - but not club rentals.
