FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: Can I register on-site for golf?

A: No. We anticipate golf selling out early (limited to 144 players) and on-site registration will be available for the Reception ONLY.

Q: What’s included in the base price?

A: The Base Ticket is your initial event choice: Reception OR Golf. If you choose to attend BOTH Golf & Reception it will add $100 in the registration process. Detailed prices shown above.

Q: What ticket type do I need?

A: Here is an overview of the tickets. Still have questions? Email events@uta.org.

If you’re a Member registering yourself OR yourself and other active Members, use the first option: “Member(s) Base Ticket.”

If you’re Non-Member registering yourself OR yourself and other Non-members, use the second option: “Non-Member Base Ticket.”

If you’re a Member registering yourself AND one or more Non-Members, use the third option: “ONLY USE THIS OPTION IF REGISTERING One Member AND
Non-Members COMBINED.”

IMPORTANT — If you are trying to register multiple members and multiple
non-members COMBINED you must break this into two registrations.

1. First register all Members as one group using the Member(s) Base Ticket option.

2. Then register all Non-Members as a second group using the Non-Member Base Ticket option.

NOTE: All ticket types have the option to add a non-industry guest/spouse for the reception only at $175. This is intended for spouses/plus-ones only. If they’re interested in golfing, you must register them as a Non-Member (see ticket type guidance above).
