Registration & Guests

All registrations must be completed through the UTA website. If you are registering with a guest, please be sure to include their name at the time of registration to ensure accurate invoicing. Fishing & Sleeping Arrangements

Cabin assignments and fishing pairings will be finalized in mid-March. If you have requests for cabin mates or fishing partners, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your group. Each fishing boat accommodates four UTA guests plus a captain. Please note that although the cost of fishing is included in your registration, the captains do accept tips.

This Event is So Much More Than Fishing!

Beyond the scheduled events, there will be plenty of time to relax and connect — whether that's around the cabins, over a hand of poker, or a competitive game of cornhole. For those looking to venture out, the area offers a couple of nearby casinos and even a golf course. This is THE Spring event for the UTA, and trust us — it's so much more than just fishing.

Schedule & Arrival Information

Attendees will receive an email during the second week of April 2026 with detailed location and arrival information for the West Bay Resort.

Tuesday, April 21
• Arrive early in the afternoon for networking and social time.
• Dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m. close to the cabins.

Wednesday, April 22

• Breakfast begins at 6:00 a.m. at same location.

• Then we’ll go fishing! (launch from Willow Springs Marina)

• Lunch will be on your own, followed by networking.

• Dinner will again be served at 6:30 p.m.

Cabins at West Bay Casino Resort

11840 State Park Rd • Kingston, OK 73439

These premier cabins feature five bedrooms, each with two queen-sized beds and an ensuite restroom. The cabins also include a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious shared living area, and a covered patio.

This two-day event is filled with fishing, food, fun, and fellowship. Even if you’re not an avid fisherman, you’ll enjoy the time on the lake and the beauty of the surroundings.

For those interested, the casino is just a short walk from the cabins, and there are also a couple of nice local golf courses nearby if you'd like to fit that into your trip.
