We had a fantastic time networking and raising money for the Jerome Nerman Family Foundation Scholarships.

Once again, the event took place near Kingston, Oklahoma, with fishing on beautiful Lake Texoma. This year, we upgraded our accommodations to cabins at West Bay Casino and Resort —thanks to Jeremi Guditis and Bobby Williams, who negotiated the new lodging at last year’s event. Great work!

These Premier Cabins feature five bedrooms, each with two queen-sized beds and an ensuite restroom. The cabins also include a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious shared living area, and a covered patio. Not only was this an upgrade in lodging, but it also allows for increased member participation in years to come. This year, we were thrilled to host 39 attendees.

The two-day event was filled with fishing, food, fun, and fellowship. We were blessed with beautiful spring weather, which made for great outdoor group interactions.

The fishing guides were phenomenal once again, bringing their experience, top-notch equipment, and excellent communication to ensure everyone had the best possible chance of landing a catch. And of course, the food! Justin and Jessica nailed it again with their exceptional catering skills.

Even if you’re not an avid fisherman, you’ll enjoy the time on the lake and the beauty of the surroundings. For those interested, the casino is just a short walk from the cabins, and there are also a couple of nice local golf courses nearby if you'd like to fit that into your trip.
