UTA Board of Directors Nominations
Nominations are now open for 4 UTA Board Member positions for the 3-year term of 2027-2029! This is an opportunity to step forward and directly contribute to the decisions that shape our association. Serving on the UTA Board is both a challenging and rewarding way to help grow and improve our industry. Board members attend three in-person meetings each year, participate in monthly conference calls, and are actively involved in, or chair, the UTA committees. Board members play a vital role in guiding the strategic direction of our association, overseeing key initiatives, and advocating for the interests of our members. The nominee must meet the following criteria:
Have experience in the used truck industry
Demonstrate a history of ethical and professional business practices
Willingness to advance the goals and objectives of the UTA
UTA Board of Directors Terms
UTA Board Members serve a three-year term.
Board Members can be elected to a second three-year term, serving a total of six years in two consecutive terms.
UTA Board Officers – President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer—are elected by the Board and serve one-year terms.
