UTA Board of Directors Nominations

Nominations are now open for new board members —an opportunity to step forward and directly contribute to the decisions that shape our association.

Serving on the UTA Board is both a challenging and rewarding way to help grow and improve our industry. Board members attend three in-person meetings each year, participate in a monthly conference call, and are actively involved in or chair the UTA committees.

Board members play a vital role in guiding the strategic direction of our association, overseeing key initiatives, and advocating for the interests of our members.

Any UTA member in good standing may nominate themselves or another eligible member and may submit more than one member.

The nominee must meet the following criteria:

  • Have experience in the used truck industry

  • Demonstrate a history of ethical and professional business practices

  • Willingness to advance the goals and objectives of the UTA

UTA Board of Directors Terms

  • UTA Board Members serve a three-year term.

  • Board Members can be elected to a second three-year term, serving a total of six years in two consecutive terms.

  • UTA Board Officers – President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer—are elected by the Board and serve one-year terms.

To nominate yourself or a fellow member, please click below, fill out the nomination form, and submit by the end of the day: June 6.

We encourage you to consider individuals who demonstrate leadership qualities, industry expertise, and a commitment to advancing the mission of our association.
