Early-Bird pricing is no longer available.
Standard Registration is from September 6 to October 29, 2025.

Registrations made on Thursday, October 30, and/or onsite through the end of the convention will incur a 15% up-charge.

Registration MUST be paid with a credit card at the time of registration. There is no ‘bill-me’ option.

Digital Payments Only—No Checks. Please have your credit card ready at the time of registration.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be received in writing to events@uta.org.

No penalty fee if canceled by October 6, 2025.

$100 penalty if canceled October 7 to October 14, 2025.

No refunds will be given after October 15, 2025.
