Attendees will receive an email during the second week of April 2026 with detailed location and arrival information for the West Bay Resort.

Tuesday, April 21 — Arrivals

• Arrive early in the afternoon for networking and social time.
• Dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m. close to the cabins.

Wednesday, April 22 

• Breakfast begins at 6:00 a.m. at same location. 
• Then we’ll go fishing! (launch from Willow Springs Marina)
• Lunch will be on your own, followed by afternoon networking.
• Dinner will again be served at 6:30 p.m. at the same location.

Thursday, April 23 — Departures
